Introduction and Corporate Identity

These provisions govern our transport operations. These provisions establish a binding legal agreement between you, the passenger, and Peninsula Travel Limited. Our business is an active private limited enterprise incorporated within the United Kingdom. We operate under company number 08566496.

Our official registered office address is 2 Laurel House 1 Station Road, Worle, Weston-Super-Mare, North Somerset, BS22 6AR . Our dedicated correspondence address located at 5 Blake End, Kewstoke, Weston-Super-Mare, England, BS22 9LS . By utilizing our online reservation platform, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly perused, understood, and consented to remain bound by the operational stipulations detailed herein.

Online Reservations and Office Visit Protocols

Our digital framework enables passengers to hold travel seats provisionally. After executing a reservation via our website, your request is held within our booking logs for a fixed duration of forty-eight hours from the timestamp of the digital request. This initial allocation remains temporary. To complete your booking, the primary passenger must personally visit our registered office in North Somerset.

It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to complete this in-person check within the forty-eight-hour allocation window. During this physical visit, passengers must complete their transaction using cash. We strictly enforce this procedural requirement. Failure to arrive at our physical office within 48-hours results in an immediate classification as a no-show. In such instances, the temporary reservation is automatically dissolved, and the allocated seats are returned to our public availability pool without liability.

Cancellation Rights and Refund Thresholds

We provide passengers with specific flexibility regarding itinerary changes. Passenger cancellations are permitted up until the actual day of travel. The refund allocations depend entirely on the timing of your notice.

If a passenger submits a formal cancellation request 24-hours or more before the scheduled date of travel, the entire amount paid will be returned. However, if a passenger chooses to cancel their booking on the actual day of travel, a 50% deductionapplies, and the remaining half of the original payment will be returned. All cancellation requests must be transmitted directly to our administrative team to be considered valid.

Disbursement and Bank Processing Times

When a cancellation meets our criteria, specific financial protocols are activated. Following the approval of a cancellation, our administrative team will formally request the bank credentials of the individual passenger. This information is required to execute an electronic bank transfer . We process these outbound funds within twenty-four hours from the receipt of the necessary banking details.

Although our internal processing occurs within 24-hours, the actual time required for the funds to appear within your personal bank account can extend up to 7 business days. This timeframe depends on the handling procedures of your personal bank provider.

Mandatory Identity Documentation

Security and compliance remain essential during our journeys. Every passenger must carry a valid government-issued identification document during the day of travel. Acceptable forms of identification include valid passports or UK photographic driving licences.

Our onboard staff will check these documents before departure. If a passenger fails to present valid government identification upon request, the journey is immediately classified as a cancelled journey due to passenger default. In these circumstances, the passenger is denied boarding, and no refund entitlements apply.

Operational Support and Queries

Passengers can connect with our support team for any type of queries through our live website link at contact@peninsulatravel.uk. Our administrative personnel remain live and available to answer inquiries from 10AM to 5PM, Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), Monday through Friday. Any electronic communications transmitted outside these operating hours will be addressed during the subsequent business session.

Passenger Obligations and Behavioural Conduct

Passengers must behave appropriately throughout the journey. We reserve the right to deny boarding or terminate travel services for any individual who displays disruptive, offensive, or hazardous behaviour. Passengers are responsible for any physical damage caused to our vehicles or properties. Additionally, passengers must ensure they arrive at the designated departure points before the scheduled departure time, as vehicles cannot delay journeys for late arrivals.

Limitation of Liability

Peninsula Travel Limited excludes liability for indirect losses, itinerary disruptions, missed connections, or personal property damage during the trip. Our total liability concerning any passenger claim is limited to the total value paid for that specific booking. We are not liable for disruptions caused by unpredictable external events, structural road closures, severe weather, or sudden regulatory directives.

These regulatory terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from these terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any specific clause within this document is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining provisions retain full legal standing.
